Elaboration
  • Boil the milk with the cinnamon stick and the orange and lemon zest (optional).
  • Add the eggs and mix.
  • When the milk is well infused, take out the cinnamon and zest and add the rest of the mixture previously passed through a chinese colander.
  • Stir the mixture continuously until it boils and thickens.
  • Take off the heat and cool it quickly.
