Sunflower oil is an edible oil extracted from sunflower "Helianthus annus", with fluid texture at room temperature.
The final product is a pale yellow colour oil of clean and almost transparent appearance and slightly sweet flavour and with maximum acidity of 0.2º. The trade description of the oil is known as " Refined sunflower oil".
By its mild flavour, this oil is highly recommended for salad dressing, mayonnaise, sauces, all kinds of bakery and soft fritters.
