Elaboration
  • Heat the milk.
  • Mix the sugar and the corn flour and dissolve it with the reserved milk.
  • Add the egg yolks and mix.
  • When the milk is hot, add the mixture previously strained through a sieve.
  • Bring the mixture to the boil, allow to thicken
  • Remove it from the heat and turn it out onto the chocolate coating.
  • Cool it quickly.
