For this recipe the following elaborations are needed:

SETTING-UP

  • Line the molds with the dough.
  • Heat the milk and the butter to 50º C.
  • Mix the sieved flour with the sugar, and add the eggs.
  • Add the milk and the butter to the flour, sugar and eggs, and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture in the molds and bake in the oven at 180 ºC. Until golden brown at the top.
  • Once cool, remove from the mold.
  • Place onto a plate and add the chocolate English cream.
