    The following elaborations are necessary for this recipe:

- Black olive hybrid
- Black coffee-olive ice cream
- Caramelized coffee
- Guinness-olive black foam
SET UP
- Cut a piece of candied egg into two pieces and place them separately in the centre of the plate.
- Place several pieces of Guinness cake next to the candied egg.
- Place several pieces of fake passion fruit sponge cake along with the cake and candied egg.
- Add a black coffee-olive ice cream quenelle and place it on top of a piece of cake so that it does not move.
- Spread the caramelised coffee on the plate.
- Decorate with pieces of black olive hybrid
- Place the Guinness-olive black foam between the elements.
