Elaboration
- Heat the milk.
- Mix the sugar and the corn flour and dissolve it with the reserved milk.
- Add the egg yolks and mix.
- When the milk is hot, add the mixture previously strained through a sieve.
- Bring the mixture to the boil, allow to thicken
- Remove it from the heat and turn it out onto the chocolate coating.
- Cool it quickly.
