  • Chop the garlic.
  • Cut the dried chilli pepper in thin rings and brunoise with parsley.
  • Put the chopped garlic and olive oil into a pan. Put it on heat and allowing the garlic cook until it is soft but still white. Take it off the heat and add the chilli pepper and parsley. On a low heat, add the vinegar and mix together.
