Elaboration
- Wash and finely slice the mushrooms
- Cut the boiled ham into thin slices.
- Make a pizza dough.
- Make a tomato sauce.
To make the pizza:
- Roll the dough with a rolling pin and with semolina grain until you reach the desired size
- Baste the base with the tomato and place all the ingredients on top.
- Finish by covering all the dough with finely grated parmesan cheese and with mozzarella.
- Introduce the pizza into the oven to 290 ºC for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with oregano right before serving.
