Boiled ham 0.3 kg
Tomato sauce 0.125 l

  • Wash and finely slice the mushrooms
  • Cut the boiled ham into thin slices.
  • Make a pizza dough.
  • Make a tomato sauce.

To make the pizza:

  • Roll the dough with a rolling pin and with semolina grain until you reach the desired size
  • Baste the base with the tomato and place all the ingredients on top.
  • Finish by covering all the dough with finely grated parmesan cheese and with mozzarella.
  • Introduce the pizza into the oven to 290 ºC for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with oregano right before serving.
