Elaboration
  • Prepare a basic syrup.
  • Use a meat slicer to cut the fruit into thin slices (with or without skin) in the nº 1 or nº 2.
  • Soak the fruit for 20 minutes in the warm syrup.
  • Strain well and place it on a flexible plastic sheet (chocolate paper sheets).
  • Dry it in the oven at 100 ºC for about 3-4 hours or in the stove at 30 ºC overnight.
  • Store in a dry place.
