Elaboration
- Boil the milk with cinnamon, orange peelings and lemon (optional).
- Mix the sugar with the flour and dissolve it into the saved milk.
- Add the eggs and mix.
- Remove the cinnamon and peelings and strain the mixture through a sieve when the milk is infused and hot.
- Heat the mixture until it boils and allow to thicken.
- Take it off the heat and cool it quickly.
