  • Boil the milk with cinnamon, orange peelings and lemon (optional).
  • Mix the sugar with the flour and dissolve it into the saved milk.
  • Add the eggs and mix.
  • Remove the cinnamon and peelings and strain the mixture through a sieve when the milk is infused and hot.
  • Heat the mixture until it boils and allow to thicken.
  • Take it off the heat and cool it quickly.
