Elaboration
  • Make a pizza dough.
  • Make some tomato sauce.
  • Wash and finely fillet the mushrooms.
  • Cut the pineapple slices into 4 pieces.
  • Cut the ham into strips.

HOW TO SERVE

  • Roll out the dough using a rolling pin and some semolina until it has the desired size.
  • Spread the tomato sauce onto the dough and then scatter over all the ingredients evenly across the surface. After that, cover with mozzarella cheese.
  • Place in a pizza oven at 290 ºC for 4 or 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle some oregano on top.
