Elaboration
- Make a pizza dough.
- Make some tomato sauce.
- Wash and finely fillet the mushrooms.
- Cut the pineapple slices into 4 pieces.
- Cut the ham into strips.
HOW TO SERVE
- Roll out the dough using a rolling pin and some semolina until it has the desired size.
- Spread the tomato sauce onto the dough and then scatter over all the ingredients evenly across the surface. After that, cover with mozzarella cheese.
- Place in a pizza oven at 290 ºC for 4 or 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle some oregano on top.
