Elaboration

For the hamburger:

  • Mince the beef and pork.
  • Mix with the sautéed garlic chopped into brunoise, parsley, milk, eggs, salt, pepper and grated cheese.
  • Form hamburgers of about 140 g each.
  • Wash and disinfect the lettuce and tomato and then slice the tomato.
  • Cook the hamburger on the griddle or grill until it is well cooked inside.
  • Cook the egg on the griddle.
  • Place the lettuce and tomato on the hamburger bun, then the meat on top and the cheese and egg on top of the meat.
