  • Use finely cut vegetables, you should cut them into slices,  julienne (depending on the vegetable) or let the whole leaf when using aromatic herbs.

  • Stir fry the vegetables with sunflower oil and then, place them on a tray lined with oil-absorbing cooking paper.
