Elaboration
- Make a pizza dough.
- Make some tomato sauce.
- Chop the pineapple into 2 cm cubes, the tomato into slices and the green peppers into brunoise.
- Spread some tomato sauce onto the dough and then sprinkle over some oregano on top. Try to leave a 1 cm border.
- Scatter over the tomato slices and green pepper. Cook the pizza at a high temperature for a short amount of time so that the tomato slices cook.
- Add the meat and pineapple pieces and then the mozzarella cheese.
- Finish cooking the pizza in the oven. This way, the cheese will cook au gratin.
