Elaboration
For this recipe, you’ll need these recipes:
- Make a pizza dough.
- Mince the veal and the pork.
- Mince the chicken breasts.
- Chop the bacon into strips.
- Chop the green pepper and the onion into brunoise.
- For the filling:
- Make the tomato sauce.
- Soften the onion and the green pepper, add the minced meat (veal, pork and chicken), sauté and mix it with some of the barbecue sauce (save the rest for later).
SERVING
- Roll the dough with a rolling pin with semolina grain until the desired size is obtained.
- Baste with the tomato sauce the base and put the cooked meat on top. Add some more barbecue sauce and place the bacon and the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Introduce in the pizza into the oven at 290 ºC for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with oregano right before serving.
