  • Chop the tomatoes into slices of 1 or 2 cm and save for later.
  • Slice the bread.
  • Toast the bread in the oven at 180 ºC for 12 minutes.
  • Drain the chickpeas.
  • Add tahini, olive oil and lemon juice. Grind until a smooth texture is obtained and sieve if necessary.
  • Place the hummus over the tomato slices and sprinkle with a little paprika.
  • Slightly dip the slices of bread into the hummus, as seen in the picture.
