Elaboration
- Limpiar las piezas de pavo y cortarlas de manera sesgada en la cortadora de huesos para que cojan aspecto de chuleta.
- Las piezas más utilizadas son de pierna y pechuga, siempre con hueso.
- Ponerlas a macerar con ajo, perejil, aceite y un poco de zumo de limón, para que se ablande y aporte sabor.
- Los pasos anteriores no serán necesarios si utilizamos chuleta de pavo condimentada que podemos encontrar en el mercado.
