Elaboration
Para esta receta, son necesarias las siguientes elaboraciones:
- Para las verduras del montadito:
- Cortar la patata panadera y pocharla.
- Picar el ajo en brunoise, la cebolla en juliana , el puerro en medias lunas y el pimiento en dados, pochar por orden de dureza.
- Por último añadir a las verduras pochadas el champiñón fileteado, dejar cocinar todo junto.
- Cortar las zanahorias en dados y cocer.
- Preparamos también los aros o juliana de puerro y freírlos previamente enharinados.
- Poner en una bandeja engrasada con margarina la patata bien solapada y salar.
- Trabar todas las verduras con la crema de champiñones y extenderlas sobre la patata pochada a modo de pastel espolvorear con un poco de queso (opcional el queso) y meter al horno durante 20 minutos.
- Acompañar con la salsa de tomate y el puerro frito.
