  • In a bowl, make a hollow cone shape with the flour.
  • Add the egg yolks, the compressed yeast (dissolved in water), the beer and the water into the hole until the mix has the proper consistency. Then add salt and a dash of oil.
  • Mix the flour with the rest of the ingredients until it’s well dissolved and let it ferment in a warming cabinet or at room temperature.
