Para realizar esta receta se necesita la siguiente elaboración:
- Salar y enharinar el rape y semi freirlo en aceite de girasol.
- Colocar sobre papel absorbente para que recoja la grasa.
- Otra manera de cocinarlo sería dándole un golpe de horno sobre una placa engrasada de manera que nos quedaría blanquecino por el exterior y jugoso en su interior.
- Colocar en una placa un poco de salsa americanay sobre esta el pescado, napar con la salsay calentar en el horno para terminar de cocinar.
- Guarnecer la elaboración con arroz pilaw.
EMPLATADO
- Con la ayuda de una espátula poner la ración de rape en el plato. Salsear por encima y espolvorear perejil picado.
- Acompañar del arroz pilaw.
