Elaboration
- Tamizar toda la harina sobre un papel alimentario.
- En un barreño, ablandar la mantequilla con ayuda de una espátula, amasarla hasta que tenga la consistencia de una crema.
- Añadir entonces la sal, el azúcar, la yema de huevo y la leche sin dejar de remover.
- Cuando la mezcla esté bien homogénea, agregarle poco a poco la harina, removiendo continuamente con la mano.
- En cuanto la masa forme una bola, dejar de amasar.
- Aplastar con las manos y envolver en film de cocina. Dejar reposar la masa 2 h. como mínimo en el frigorífico (4 ºC) antes de utilizarla.
