Elaboration
- Limpiar y picar el puerro en medias lunas.
- Picar la cebolla en juliana.
- Cortar el pan en pequeños daditos para hacer picatostes.
- Poner a pochar la verdura por orden de dureza, primero la cebolla y cuando esta medio hecha el puerro.
- Una vez que tenemos pochada la verdura añadimos el arroz para ligar, mojamos con el fondo de verduras y dejamos cocer por espacio de unos 30 minutos para que el arroz se rompa bien.
- Después trituramos con la turmix y lo tamizamos por un chino. Ponemos punto de sal y de espesor.
- Freír los picatostes en aceite abundante bien caliente, procurando que no se doren en exceso. Ponerlos a escurrir.
- Emplatar con los picatostes por encima.
