Black coating 70% 0.05 kg

Elaboration
  • Boil all the ingredients except for the frosting.
  • Boil the mixture, add the frosting, remove from the heat and make sure that the frosting is melted.
  • Strain through a sieve with a reverse bain-marie (water, ice and salt).
  • Churn the ice cream in an ice-cream maker.
