Elaboration
- Peel and chop the potatoes into 2cm dices. Steam.
- Wash the green beans. Chop into strips and cook with plenty of salted water.
- Place the green beans and the potatoes on an oven tray. Bake everything at 130 ºC for 25 minutes.
- Fry some sliced garlic and add to the green beans.
