  • Cocer el brécol a la inglesa o al vapor.
  • Risolar las patatas, para ello, medio cocer la patata en dados y acabarla en una fritura.
  • Elaborar el refrito.

MONTAJE

  • Sobre el brécol repartir uniformemente el refrito, el bacon, las patatas y dados de margarina.
  • Calentar en el horno para que se dore el bacon.
