Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 170 ºC.
- Mix the solid ingredients with the cold butter (cut into little cubes) in a large bowl or a stand mixer until combined.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

- Cut the cookies using a dough cutter of about 10 x 4 x 2.
