Elaboration
- Precalentar el horno de convección a 160 ºC.
- Pelar, descorazonar y cortar la manzana en dados pequeños.
- Mezclar la harina, el impulsor, la sal y la canela previamente tamizados. Reservar en un bol.
- Fundir la mantequilla.
- Una vez derretida, mezclar con el azúcar moreno, el huevo y la leche. Reservar en un bol.
