- Precalentar el horno a 170 ºC
- Hidratar los dátiles cortados en agua caliente durante 5 minutos.
- Transcurrido el tiempo, triturar con la turmix.
- Mezclar la pasta de dátiles, el huevo y el aceite.
- En otro bol mezclar los ingredientes secos, la almendra molida, el cacao, el impulsor, bicarbonato y la sal. Tamizamos y reservar.
- Mezclar los ingredientes secos y los líquidos de forma intercalada y poco a poco. Finalizar incorporando ingredientes secos.
- Verter sobre el molde y hornear a 170 ºC aproximadamente entre 30 y 40 minutos.
- Sacarlo del horno cuando este cocido y dejar enfriar.
