MONTAJE

  • Elaborar el crumble, hornear a 200 ºC, rayar de forma gruesa y reservar.
  • Cortar la ciruela en dados de 1 cm.
  • Picar ligeramente las nueces.
  • Para montar el postre colocar en la base del bol transparente el crumble, cubrir con el yogur y terminar guarnecer con la ciruela y la nuez picada.
