Elaboration
Chop the vegetables:
- Peel the carrot and cut into spirals.
- Radishes into slices.
- Tomato into 1 cm cubes.
For the tofu marinade:
- Mix in the lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, apple vinegar and grated ginger.
- Marinate the tofu for 2 hours and then sear in a frying pan with a part of the marinade at a low heat until it browns. Cut into 2 cm cubes.
- Cook the brown rice English style.
HOW TO SERVE
- Place the brown rice in a bowl.
- Place the tofu, edamame, wakame seaweed, radishes, carrot and tomato on top.
- Sprinkle over some dried onion.
- Season the poke with a sauce of your choice.
