Elaboration

Chop the vegetables:

  • Peel the carrot and cut into spirals.
  • Radishes into slices.
  • Tomato into 1 cm cubes.

For the tofu marinade:

  • Mix in the lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, apple vinegar and grated ginger.
  • Marinate the tofu for 2 hours and then sear in a frying pan with a part of the marinade at a low heat until it browns. Cut into 2 cm cubes.
  • Cook the brown rice English style.

HOW TO SERVE

  • Place the brown rice in a bowl.
  • Place the tofu, edamame, wakame seaweed, radishes, carrot and tomato on top.
  • Sprinkle over some dried onion.
  • Season the poke with a sauce of your choice.
