Elaboration
1. Cocer el hojaldre estirado a 3mm y con una placa encima a 230ºC
2. Preparar una crema pastelera y dejar enfriar.
3. Montar nata con azucar.
4. Una vez frío el hojaldre, cortar con precisión 3 rectangulos del tamaño deseado y proceder al montaje poniendo una capa de crema pastelera sobre uno de los rectangulos., despúes otro y sobre este la capa de nata montadad, para terminar con la última capa de hojaldre.
5. Decoramos espolvoreando azúcar glass antihumedad y canela al gusto.
