A bite sized green pepper which is between 6 and 9 cm long, tender and very tasty. It is not spicy.

Its pleasant taste and the delicacy of its flesh make it widely popular. The harvesting is made once they are mature.

It is a widely appreciated pepper in gastronomy, especially for frying.
