SERVING

  • Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Put the water to boil in a pot if we don't have very hot water, then prepare the bain-marie.
  • Caramelize the inside with diluted caramel.
  • Infuse milk with well-chopped cinnamon-
  • Place the eggs in a bowl, add the sugar and mix well.
  • Add the infused and spilled milk, mix well and fill the flan molds.
  • Place the molds on a gastronorm plate, fill it up, add hot water to the plate and let it cook.
  • Remove from oven and let cool.
  • Unfit and serve in deep dishes or with its own candy.
