Elaboration
- Precalentar el horno a 180 ºC.
- Trabajar la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente.
- Blanquear los huevos con el azúcar, la sal y la miel.
- Añadir la mantequilla y mezclar.
- Una vez lista la masa, añadir la harina y el impulsor poco a poco, mezclándolo con movimientos envolventes y con la ayuda de una espátula.
- Verter la masa en los moldes.
- Hornear 25 minutos a 180 ºC.
- Dejar enfriar y cuando hayan templado embolsar. Esto provocará que "suden" y por ello, quedarán más tiernos.
Observaciones
- En un horno modular, programar 3 (techo)-4 (boca)-3 (suelo), tiro abierto.
