Elaboration
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
  • Mix in a bowl the oil, brown sugar, cream cheese and the cocoa.
  • Add the eggs one by one and whip.
  • Add the milk.
  • Sieve and add all the dry ingredients (flour, yeast and sodium bicarbonate).
  • Finally, add the chocolate chips.
  • Mix everything until you get a flat, homogeneous and smooth dough.
  • Fill the paper molds with just over a half of the mixture.
  • Bake for approximately 25 minutes at 180 ºC.
  • Leave to cool on a rack.
