  • Preheat the oven to 210 ºC.
  • Mix eggs with sugar.
  • Mix the flour, the chocolate powder, the baking powder and sieve. Add it to the previous mixture using a circular motion when stirring.
  • Add the oil and the syrup.
  • Fill the ¾ parts of the molds.
  • Bake at 210 ºC for around 22 minutes.

  • In a modular oven, program 4/3/2, with the air intake closed until they rise (10 minutes), then open it until golden brown (10-12 minutes more).
