Elaboration
- Batir los huevos junto con el azúcar y la vainilla, hasta montar.
- Derretir la cobertura junto con la mantequilla en microondas a potencia mínima o al baño maría.
- Mezclar las dos preelaboraciones con movimientos envolventes.
- Tamizar la harina.
- Incorporar la harina junto al impulsor en forma de lluvia.
- Escudillar en el molde y hornear a 180 ºC aproximadamente 30 minutos.
- Dejar enfriar.
- Una vez frio, espolvorear azúcar glas en la superficie.
