Elaboration
- Fundir la cobertura blanca con la nata.
- Pasar a un bol, tapar con papel film a piel y enfriar.
- Una vez frío, montar la mezcla, y enfriar.
- Echar en moldes de semiesfera y congelar.
- Formar bolas uniendo 2 semiesferas y congelar.
- Atemperar la cobertura negra, e ir bañando las bolas con ayuda de dos tenedores.
- Emborrizar con el cacao una vez seca la cobertura,
