Elaboration
For this recipe the following elaborations are needed:
- Toast the noodles in the oven at 150 ºC.
- Base vegetables
- Dark chicken stock
For the chicken and rabbit:
- Cut the chicken into 2 x 2 cm dices.
- Sauté and cook with 1dl of stock. Set aside.
For the vegetable garnish:
- Succhini: cut into 1x1 cm dices and sauté.
- Mushrooms: cut into fillets and sauté.
- Peas: cook à l'anglaise.
- Green beans: cut into diamonds and cook à l'anglaise.
