For this recipe the following elaborations are needed: 

For the chicken and rabbit: 

  • Cut the chicken into 2 x 2 cm dices.
  • Sauté and cook with 1dl of stock. Set aside.

For the vegetable garnish: 

  • Succhini: cut into 1x1 cm  dices and sauté. 
  • Mushrooms: cut into fillets and sauté. 
  • Peas: cook à l'anglaise.
  • Green beans: cut into diamonds and cook à l'anglaise.
