Elaboration
- Limpiar y picar el puerro en trozos de 2 cm.
- Pelar y cascar la patata.
- Cortar la cebolla, la zanahoria, el pimiento verde y el pimiento rojo en dados de 1 cm.
- Poner a cocer las lentejas con la zanahoria y los pimientos, en agua fría.
- Pochar la cebolla con aceite de oliva y al finalizar añadir un poco de pimentón dulce.
- Cuando falten unos 45 minutos para que la lenteja esté hecha, añadir la patata cascada y el puerro y dejar cocer todo junto.
- Cuando estén cocidas las lentejas, incorporar el refrito de cebolla y pimentón dulce.
- Poner a punto de sal y espesor.
