Elaboration
- Programar el horno a 180 ºC.
- Pelar, trocear y asar la calabaza durante 30 minutos a 180 ºC.
- Triturar ligeramente.
- Atemperar el aceite de coco. Debe ser líquido.
- Mezclar todos los ingredientes en la batidora con la pala.
- Picar un poco las nueces y añadir.
- Introducir en una manga pastelera y rellenar los moldes 3/4 partes de su capacidad.
- Hornear 180 ºC durante aproximadamente 25 minutos.
