  • In a bowl add the sugar, lemon zest, ground cinnamon and salt. Mix with a spatula.
  • Add in the ground almonds and the eggs, mix until you get a smooth dough without lumps.
  • Dampen your hands and form little dough balls of the same size (14 g. more or less). Put them on an oven tray covered with baking paper. Bake them at 170 ºC for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown on the surface.
  • After a few minutes place them on a rack to cool.
