Elaboration
  • Sieve the flour, the icing sugar and the ground almond (flour).
  • Mix the butter or the softened margarine with flour and salt.
  • Add the icing sugar, the ground almond and the toasted sesame.
  • Pour in some milk.
  • Divide the dough in 20 g portions and keep in the refrigerator.
  • When it thickens (and slightly hardens), flatten.
  • Bake at 165 ºC for approximately 15 minutes.
