Elaboration
  • Boil water with sugar, add the mint and boil the mixture for 1 minute.
  • Take off the heat and cool the infusion without straining it in a bowl covered with cling film
  • Peel, seed and grind with the Turmix machine the pulp (it could be Santa Claus Melon [D1] or French melon).
  • Strain and add the infusion.
  • Add a little melon liqueur or natural melon flavourings.
  • Store in the fridge.
