  • Limpiar las lechugas e higienizar.
  • Pelar y cortar en dados o gajos la naranja.

MONTAJE

  • Colocar en el fondo del plato la lechugas.
  • Sobre esto colocamos los dados de queso, naranja y tomate.
  • Sobre toda la ensalada repartimos los piñones tostados.
