Elaboration
1. Elaborar una yema pastelera y dejar enfriar.
2. Elaborar un bizcocho molde, abrir en dos discos y emborrachar con almibar.
3. Montar nata con azucar.
4. Para el montaje sobre un disco de bizcocho ponemos una capa de nata y cubrimos con el segundo disco de bizcocho, tambien emborrachado.
5. Aplicar una fina capa de yema pastelera, espolvorear de azúcar y quemar con la pala caliente.
6. Dar brillo con gelatina de manzana o frutgel y bordear con nata en manga y boquilla rizada.
