Elaboration
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
  • Grate the orange.
  • Whip the butter till soft.
  • Add the white and brown sugar to the butter and mix well.
  • Add the orange juice and the orange zest.
  • Sift, weigh and incorporate the flour whipping just enough to mix it well.
  • Cool for 15 minutes in the fridge.
  • Form strips on baking paper, add the chopped pine nuts and bake.
  • Once baked and while they're hot, roll them around a mould forming a tube shape.
