    - Preheat the oven to 170-180 ºC
- Make a basic syrup with the glucose.
- Pour it over the bitter cocoa and mix until smooth.
- Spread the dough on a silicone mat, flatten it, and bake it in the oven.
- Take it out from the oven and while it is hot roll it using a spatula.
- Keep it in the stove.
