Elaboration
  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Grate the orange.
  • Put the margerine creamy.
  • Combine the plain sugar and brown sugar to the margarine and mix well.
  • Add the orange juice and orange zest.
  • Sift, weigh and add the flour, whisking just enough to mix thoroughly.
  • Allow solution to cool for 15 minutes inside a pastry bag in a refrigerator.
  • Make a mat of strands on the baking paper and bake them.
  • Once they are baked and still hot,roll them up by using a round metal cooking ring or pasta cutter, then let them cool before removing from the mold.
