Elaboration
Desmigar bien el bizcocho Sacher.
Por otro lado preparar la crema de queso. Trabajar la mantequilla hasta empomarla e ir añadiendo el azúcar emulsionando la mezcla.
Una vez mezclados incorporaremos el queso y por último el extracto de vainilla.
Ir añadiendo crema de queso al bizcocho hasta conseguir la consistencia deseada. Formar bolas y refrigerar.
Con la ayuda de un palillo, untaremos la punta de este en cobertura y lo clavaremos en el bizcocho. Darle diferentes acabados según gusto.
